Avoid alcohol

Alcohol causes dehydration, which will slow your whole organism. Avoid alcohol for at least several days. If, however, you have gone too far with alcohol, start your next day with a large glass of water.

Avoid salt

When you intake more salt than usual, your organism will temporarily hold water and fluids in the body, which can contribute to superior inertia which leads lead to bloating. Avoid processed foods, salt and salt based spices. Also, avoid microwave prepared foods from because they are filled with sodium. Consume plenty of vegetables and fruits rich in water.

Completely cut milk off of your diet

If you feel tired and bloated or you are tortured by gases, your organism may be intolerant to lactose. This happens to people who have a problem digesting the milk’s sugar, which can result in gas occurrence, cramps and diarrhea. Consume foods which do not consist high lactose percentage, such as almond and rice milk.

Reduce carbohydrates intake

Avoid carbohydrates, such as pasta and baked goods. When you reduce their intake in their diet, your body will start spending carbohydrate stock and it also will start discarding accumulated fluids. You can reduce carbohydrate intake in a way that you will choose eating sandwich with one slice of bread for breakfast. Also, you can eat turkey meat, eggs and cheese with low fat content.

Replace starch

Foods rich in starch, such as potato, pasta and corn, cause gases. The only ingredient rich in starch that does not cause gases is rice.

Be active every day

Regular exercise relieves bloating. It happens due to increased heart beats. Breathing, on the other hand, stimulates red muscle’s natural contractions, which help to prevent constipation, buildup gases and accelerates digestion. Therefore, whenever you have a chance, take a walk after meals.

It's a new Year it's now February, have you taken the time to try something new in your life? A New pair of shoes, new hairdo, watched a movie in another language, new foods?

I, Deva Kaos, recommend to you when you get stuck, it's because your old routine has gotten so stagnant that you need to breathe new life into yourself and try something that you would never do.

You can't be afraid in this day and age, step outside your comfort zone and brave the world outside of your bubble, I'm not saying abandon things you like, I'm saying try a splash of color if you only wear dark colors, try a new Korean restaurant, catch a new play.

If you limit yourself to what you already know you can't grow.
