We could, seriously, do an Alchemy Bath every night until the Eclipse. The Full Moon in Aries one in early October, that is. Seven weeks or whatever of non-stop Alchemy Baths.

You probably already know what these are – i knew all about them BUT the term “Alchemy Bath” is from theastrologer Steve Nelson.

My version of it is a the whole box of baking soda + a kilo of epsom salts & voila – energy shift, toxins (both literal and psychic) leeched out, minerals infused and skin softened. You can go off your head googling therad benefits of Alchemy Baths – you can add grated ginger or lavender, you can play Hippy Whale Music,  you can burn a black candle and cast spells, you can skulk in glorious sloth.

The Alchemy Bath will still work. The only “rule” is that you need to get up and go straight to bed afterward, no stuffing about on anything electronic,  no product – just zonk straight into bed where you will sleep beyond belief and dream incredible dreams.

She modifies her lifestyle to accommodate the wounding of her Feminine and the complete castration of her Divine Masculine, internal.

In being "strong black woman" the Diminished, Wounded and Ignorant forced vibration of black Wombnhood; the (formerly) Divine state of the Black Wombnhood is conveniently trapped. She is over worked, over burdened, and in need of assistance and support she will never receive. Not from her community, her family, or society at large. Moreover? "Strong black woman" doesnt truly want liberation from her present vibration, as it is all she has ever known. She never gets it, this help she needs and deserves, because "strong black woman" is the cock-blocking friend, so to speak. "Strong black woman" is so deeply afraid of not being necessary, afraid of the other side of her identity? She sabotages the divinity of the Black Wombn. A cheap trade off that is dismissed away with "i can do bad all by myself." And "i dont need anyone." And "i do it better."

This is not the same as the Solitary Witch archetype. No no no, "strong black woman" is the pits. She is a political slave, a religious fool, an emotional tool and easily manipulated. Her lovingness, giving nature, and huge heart have all but been trampled on, which makes the Wounded Feminine facade of "strong black woman" all the more appealing and justifiable. The world is cruel, unkind, large and out to get her. Every thing that ails her? She will simply soldier on through. Never stoping to weigh the cost and value, the impact itself that this has on herself and her children.

Forced to survive a global climate of Black Female degradation, hatred and the insane jealousy of women and men who look like her; "strong black woman" becomes the slave masters overseer. She lords over her children, and her family with an iron fist. Seeking to control the lives of those who NEED HER (her children that is) "strong black woman" acts this way because she lacks self control. She lacks self discipline and a sense of direction of her own life. Thus?

She has become the Slave masters overseer. She isnt Divine. She is barely a mother save the strictest terms of definition. She is wounded, hurting, in need of restoration. And a threat to herself and others.

She is not your friend. She is not your sister she is not here for you. She is the replacement. The hybrid version of your Highest Self, of your God Consciousness. Nothing on this planet goes it alone. You didnt come into the world alone, you had the entire Cosmos and your Divine Creatrix (ya mama) with you.

"Strong black woman" and "good black man" are in desperate need of being voted off the island.
