POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Telephone Sessions
All sessions are done through teleconferencing. You may add Deva Fiyah on Skype, WhatsApp, or Google Hangouts. The Contact Info is to be provided at least 24 hrs before appointment. All Sessions are confidential and can be recorded for an additional fee. Please avoid calling while driving, at work, while shopping, or any noisy location. Placing the call in a quiet and peaceful location will help both Deva Fiyah and client have a fluid connection. You must have her added 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so means you must reschedule your appointment. Deva is busy she doesn’t have time to find you the day of. This interrupts other appointments.
MANDATORY: you must send screen shots of your Facebook and your Skype profile. You may be required to add Deva Fiyah on Facebook prior to any healing work, sessions or classes.
When sending payment for a session with the Priestess, please note that you must schedule your appointment within 20 days of the payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your payment.
Email Policy
We will respond to all email correspondence in a timely fashion. However, no email responses will be sent after 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. If you email outside of normal business hours, we will respond the next business day.
Partial Payments
If you want to make partial payments? All payment plans demand an additional $30 added to each payment sent. If you are breaking up the payments, you owe a $30 fee per payment. So if you’re sending 3-4 payments, that is a $30 fee per each payment under the full amount due.
Rituals
You have a 14 day window to inform Deva that you’ve not received a ritual you paid for. Or you forfeit your money. Check your PayPal email account. This is where all files are sent. If you don’t receive it is your responsibility to inform us.
Classes/book studies
Before you will be admitted into any class or book study and or before you are sent any paid for classes or book studies? You will provide the following:
Missed or Late Appointments
It is the client’s responsibility to check time zone times in relation to my time, which is Eastern Time (unless otherwise noted). Please wait for the Priestess to call you; there is no need to call first. Clients that forget about appointments or call after more than 10 minutes after their appointed time will not be allowed to make up their appointment same day and no refunds will be given. The fee to reschedule your missed appointment is $50. It is mandatory and you can pay it or forfeit your session payment. Follow directions!
Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments
The Dark Divine Feminine and Luna Pierce have a strict last minute 24 hour rescheduling as follows:
If you have paid for your session and need to reschedule please do so within 48 hours by email to [email protected] so that we can adjust your appointment. If you fail to reschedule your appointment please understand that The Dark Divine Feminine will not refund your session fee, period.
Refunds
All Consultations, classes/book studies, retreats and mentoring sessions have a no refund policy. Please make sure you are ready and willing to receive guidance before you book an appointment/s. If you cancel for any reason, you will not be refunded. There is a zero refunds policy on all classes, services and sessions. Period. No refunds on spiritual healing treatments either. If you purchase a Yoni Egg, we never do returns or refunds due to the sensitive nature of this item. We will replace any broken stones where possible given the stock we have.
Emergency Sessions
If you are in need of an emergency session, the rush fee and the full session fee must be paid for the same day of inquiry. You cannot pay for an emergency session and receive it the same day. It must be scheduled after proof of payment has been received.e

You are required to write a petition to The Spirit for me to present. You also have a treatment payment plan and must send those. But only with spiritual work.
IF WE DO MENTORSHIP? Then we have phone sessions and you never have to send a petition. I'm always clear about the two and why they are different. They are even priced differently.
Once you commit to spiritual treatment? You are to follow all instructions. You send your payments and the work begins IMMEDIATELY! Once we start, there is no quitting. If you quit you agree by signing up that you forfeit any funds submitted. Again, if you decide you do not want to continue spiritual treatments, you forfeit your funds. Your treatments include:

that is all. You are not entitled to any form of session with me via telephone, as this is a separate service and requires payment and scheduling. Please be clear about what it is that you want. If you come to me for treatment, there are no refunds and you will receive no files. It is a service rendered.
