You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation.

Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with all recommended minimum coverage of $200,000 USD. We also strongly recommend it cover cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, illness preventing your trip or inconvenience. Please be sure it cover your expense for the retreat as well as your travel fares.
We shall have no liability for loss, theft of or damage to baggage or personal effects. Personal belongings lost or stolen while unattended by the client in public lounges or other public areas, whether on board a vessel, train, bus, or other mode of transportation, publicly owned or operated by affiliated tour operators or elsewhere, are not reimbursable. Losses due to ordinary wear and tear, and other acts of God are not reimbursable. We cannot accept responsibility for and in no event shall be liable for loss or damage of valuables or other articles left in or on facilities used by us such as hotels, home stays, vessels, expedition vehicles, or any other mode of transportation.

You grant us perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. Your name will not be used unless you send us a comment that you wish posted on the site and give permission to use your name.

The laws of Massachusetts, USA govern these Booking Conditions and any disputes in connection with a trip or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Massachusetts, USA.

- International flight from america and returning to america
- Excess baggage charges
- Visa and other passport fees
- Travel insurance-Please obtain at time of booking.
- Alcoholic beverages-except wine with dinner on-site.
- Optional activities you choose to do on your own including transportation to and from them that are not included on this trip and site seeing and all personal expenses including meal cost are your own expense and not reimbursed by us.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. There will also be no refunds if you cancel and do not notify us or if you simply cease making payments. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
IF YOU CANCEL THE RETREAT:
You receive NO REFUND nor credit toward future retreats. Your investment will be taken as a love offering, should you cancel.

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that We must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
