I was pro raising the minimum wage.

Until i spoke to someone who was a small business employer. Business owners (esp those who employ) know things that the slave force isnt taught. Hell it was eye opening for me, as a non employer.

It really breaks down to them trying to finish off the little guy. This isnt about pay at all. And it is the truth, if forced to pay more, small business owners will have to cut back on hiring.

They have to pay all types of fees, taxes, insurance on the employee from the gate. It used to be that you had 6 months. This gives the opportunity to see if the employment would work out or not.

Now? All that has to be paid up front. So in some wayS, this prevents you from re-hiring someone every 6months to avoid taxes/insurance et al. But in other ways, it raises the business expenses and behind the scenes investment into the employee at the expense of the employer.

This changed my perspective. An elderly woman with a beauty shop is not damn walmart. A small restauranteur is not damn mcdonalds.

Perhaps a better solution is to impose certain standards on the giants (who gross ridiculous revenue) vs the little guy who is barely affording their mortgage. Just my two cent.

If you fail to reschedule your appointment please understand that The Dark Divine Feminine will not refund your session fee, period.
